SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing to shop with us at Pioneer Drinks. We understand that reliable and efficient shipping is a top priority for our customers, and at Pioneer Drinks, we are committed to providing you with the best shipping experience possible.
Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we do not warrant the delays may not happen because of road works, accidents on motorways, bad weather or any other force majeure event. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
SHIPPING RATES AND COSTS
We offer the following shipping rates:
£8 per single bottle.
£12 for orders containing 2 to 6 bottles.
For larger orders that include multiples of 7 bottles or more (e.g., 13 bottles), the shipping cost is £32.
PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process orders promptly, typically within 24 to 48 working hours from the time the order is placed. Please note that this processing time may be subject to change during peak seasons or due to other exceptional circumstances.
SHIPPING METHODS
We use reputable shipping carriers and methods to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your orders. The specific carrier and method may vary based on factors such as the destination and order size.
For customers in mainland UK, you can generally expect to receive your order within 1 to 3 working days after it has been processed. However, please keep in mind that delivery times may vary for other locations.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we make every effort to provide timely deliveries, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. These factors can include adverse weather conditions, customs clearance processes, or issues with the shipping carrier.
In the event of a shipping delay, we will promptly notify the customer and provide updates on the status of their order. We are committed to resolving any issues related to shipping delays in a timely manner.
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
In the unlikely event that your package goes missing or is lost during transit, the Company shall take full responsibility for resolving the matter.
If you believe your package is missing or lost, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
If the package cannot be located, we will offer you the choice of a replacement shipment or a full refund for the lost items, as per your preference.
